How to Begin a Collaboration

1. Send an Expression of Interest (EOI) or Inquiry
You can begin the process by

2. Initial Consultation & Discussion
Once we receive your inquiry, our team will:

We offer both one-time hiring and long-term manpower agreements.
3. Documentation & Agreement
We prepare all formalities required by:
- Government of Nepal’s Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE)
- Your country’s labor laws and embassy regulations

This includes:
- Demand Letter
- Power of Attorney
- Employment Contract Templates
- Agency Agreement
- Guarantee Letter (if required)

4. Recruitment & Mobilization Begins
Upon receiving required approvals, we begin:
- Candidate sourcing and shortlisting
- Interviews and skill validation
- Pre-departure training, documentation, and visa processing
